VIP Customers

What is a VIP customer?
*Customers who have purchased the specified amount or number of times from our company.
*People who love our shop and have kindly introduced us to many of their friends and acquaintances.
*Repeat customers who have ordered fully custom-made jewelry three or more times.
We will present you with a "VIP card." The following programs are available:

1. We provide free repairs and maintenance for two years after purchase.
2. Anniversary Festival - Free Invitation (Previously → All-you-can-eat cake in Jiyugaoka, hair and makeup transformation experience, special price sales, etc.)
3. Free invitations to live concerts (previously held at live music venues for jazz, bossa nova and Latin dance)
4. Free invitations to private exhibitions and tea parties at five-star hotels in Tokyo and Osaka (previously Ritz-Carlton Osaka, Peninsula Marriott, Sheraton Roppongi, Imperial Hotel, etc.)
5. Ramping Camp & BBQ Tour - Participation fee required (scheduled to be held in Karuizawa, Izu, Okinawa, etc.)
6. Watch and learn from a top Latin dancer at this party. Free participation (limited spots, first-come, first-served)
7. Tour to Bangkok, Thailand, the world's leading producer of royal jewelry (participation fee required)
8. Dress up dinner party wearing jewelry - Participation fee required (seafood dinner, firefly viewing dinner, Michelin dinner show)

VVIP Customers

A VVIP customer is someone who has made a cumulative purchase amount equal to the amount specified by our company.
We will present you with a "VVIP card." In addition to the VIP program, we also offer the following VVIP programs.

1. We will reserve a hotel for you in Tokyo on the day of your visit and cover the hotel costs.
2. We can rent out the entire shop for you. We can also prepare lunch and drinks to suit your tastes.
3. We will provide you with a welcome glass of champagne upon your arrival.
4. We provide free repairs and maintenance for 10 years after purchase.
5. We will come to your home or workplace to sell jewelry according to your wishes.
6. During your vacation season, we will deliver to your second home etc. free of charge (so far: Karuizawa, Hakone, Hokkaido, Hawaii).
7. We will provide you with three hand-drawn design proposals for your custom jewelry free of charge (usually 30,000-50,000 yen per proposal).
8. We will set up private exhibitions in Thailand (Bangkok), India (Jaipur) and Hong Kong.
